Whether you're lacing up your running shoes for the first time or you're a seasoned racer chasing a new personal best, the Bunbury Runners Club is here to support, encourage, and guide you every step of the way.

We passionately believe that running is not just a sport—it's a community. That's why we invite all running enthusiasts to join us on our weekly runs. Regardless of your age or skill level, we're committed to helping you achieve your personal goals.

Interval Training

Every Tuesday, from 6am to 7am, we host interval training sessions at the Runners Club Oval, located at the corner of Ocean Drive & Symmonds Street Bunbury. Under the guidance of our experienced mentors, you'll tackle a 400m/500m circuit, combining various speed drills to boost your endurance and pace. These sessions are perfect for beginners looking to improve their stamina and for advanced runners aiming to enhance their speed.

Club Run

Every Thursday evening, from 5.45pm to 7pm, we gather for our Club Run at Bunbury Runners Club. This run takes you through the beautiful streets of Bunbury in a relaxed group setting. Choose your own pace and distance—3km, 5km, or 10km—and enjoy the camaraderie of running with a buddy. You can opt for a leisurely, fun run or challenge yourself over shorter distances. The choice is yours, and we're here to support you either way.

CafFez Run

For those looking for a longer challenge, join us on Saturdays at 6am for the Caffez Run. We meet at Cafe Caffez (18-20 Prinsep St, Bunbury) and embark on a 15km - 20km run. Don't worry if that sounds daunting—you can choose to run a shorter distance if you prefer. We have various pace groups, allowing you to take it as easy or as hard as you wish. As your training progresses, you can move into different groups that match your improved pace.
