06:00Shakeout jogFrom Little Spencer, the local bakehouse and the regular meeting point for runners across Bunbury. An easy loop over key parts of the course at whatever pace the slowest person wants, then coffee. Free, no entry needed, and the best hour of the weekend if you arrived on your own.Little Spencer
09:00Spoken Streets walking toursBunbury's streets and their stories, on foot, leaving from the clubrooms. Timed so you can run the shakeout at six, have a coffee with people you have just met, and still make the tour — then hear the history of the streets you ran two hours earlier.Clubrooms
10:00 – 16:00Runners Village, the Kid Zone and the Forty-Five Years exhibitionCollect your bib today if you can — race morning is calmer when the only thing left to do is run. Personal nutrition drop-off for the marathon and half, 45th-year merchandise for sale, and a Kid Zone with face painters — plus every race shirt the archive holds, the original typed results and photographs from the club archive.
